Return Policy

At Pie Technology, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Our return policy is outlined below:

  • Customers may return products within 14 days from the date of purchase without providing any reason and without incurring additional charges.
  • Products may be returned within 30 days if they are found to be defective, damaged, or not in conformity with the agreed specifications or intended use.
  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase, subject to the conditions below.

Return Conditions

  • The original sales invoice must be presented and must be issued in the customer’s name.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and any included items.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • If the nature, specifications, or packaging of the product make it impossible to return or replace the item in its original condition.
  • Products that have been custom-made or manufactured according to the customer’s specific requirements, provided they conform to those specifications.
  • Software, digital content, or information programs once accessed or activated.

Warranty & Misuse Disclaimer

  • The warranty and right of return do not cover damage resulting from misuse, negligence, physical damage, breakage, exposure to liquids, or improper handling by the customer.
  • Manufacturing defects are covered only when the product has been used under normal conditions.

Invoice Responsibility

  • Customers are required to retain the original invoice, as no duplicate copies can be issued.
  • The invoice must be presented to claim warranty, return, exchange, or after-sales services.
